The parking garage is a nightmare!!! Narrow spaces lead to inevitable scrapes, and the small spa is just a glorified hot tub, lacking the ambiance you'd expect from a proper wellness facility!!!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the spa and shopping area. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a fridge with complimentary water. Additionally, parking can be quite costly if not arranged in advance.

Recommend it for couples
The location is just unbeatable, perfect for a little getaway and you’re only a 5-minute walk from the local hot springs. The dinner was a standout – we were surprised by the quality of the dishes, like the tender meat selections and the delightful desserts.
It wasn't the cheapest option out there but still manageable.

Great stay with friends! We hit the slopes at Vallnord-Pal Arinsal and explored some fantastic hiking trails. The staff were super friendly and helped make our trip enjoyable. The spa pool and sauna were awesome ways to unwind after a long day. Don't miss the live music on the terrace during your stay!
The rooftop bar was closed during our visit, which was disappointing since we had hoped to enjoy the views and ambiance there.

great location but average breakfast
The central location made exploring local attractions a breeze, enhancing our overall trip. Dinner at the restaurant was a highlight, showcasing an impressive array of beautifully prepared dishes. The exceptional service from the dining staff made meals truly enjoyable and memorable. Additionally, I appreciated the complimentary water provided in the room, a thoughtful touch to stay hydrated during our stay.

Great stay with friends! Loved skiing in Vallnord-Pal Arinsal and the hiking trails. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa pool and sauna were a nice touch, and the live music on the terrace added fun to our evenings.
One night the lobby bar was closed when we wanted to relax there. It opened the next evening, but that first night was a letdown.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
A cozy base for exploring the city. The rooftop terrace was a disappointment as it remained closed, but the spacious lobby and bar area felt welcoming. Consider requesting a room away from the elevators for a quieter night, and the complimentary water was a nice touch.
